Peninsula Infra developments Private Limited (PIDPL) a Company registered under the Companies Act, 1956 was incorporated in November 2009.

Mr. Ramesh L, Managing Director as well as the promoter of M/s. Peninsula Infra Developments Pvt. Ltd. is an Engineering Graduate and a person with a lot of courage, who basically have a vision of creating employment to deserving people and building dream houses to economic class. He began his career as an entrepreneur and later he joined M/s. Kristal Groups and served in the capacity of Manager – Marketing for more than 5years. During his tenure in M/s. Kristal, he gained valuable experience in marketing, planning, designing, and execution.

Mrs.Nagaveni(Co-Founder & Director)

Mrs. Nagaveni Ramesh, the director of a company is a Science Graduate and she has vast experience in marketing as she was working as Asst. Manager – Marketing in reputed construction companies like Ms/. Kristal, Ittina & Concorde Group for more than 10 years and gained valuable experience in Real Estate Market. She is also heading the marketing department in the company.

The Company was established with the aim of providing quality living spaces at a reasonable cost. The company has already completed & delivered 8 residential projects with an area of 18.02 Lakhs Sft. The company has another 4 ongoing residential projects with BUA of 6.35 Lakhs Sft. Hence the total Construction portfolio of 24.37 Lakhs Sft.
